What are your shipping methods?
We ship items via USPS using the following shipping services:
Priority mail: 1 to 3 business days
Priority mail express: next day to 2 days
First class mail: 1 to 5 business days
Free shipping is available to all orders over $100. Please be advised that shipping times may vary.
Can I make an order and pick it up?
Yes, you can place an order online or via phone. Curbside pickups are not available at this time. All orders placed within the local area will be delivered and orders outside of the local area will be mailed via USPS.
How much does shipping cost me?
Shipping is free for all order over $100. For all other orders, shipping cost will be calculated according to the service (priority, first class, and express priority) selected. We will do our best to keep shipping cost at a minimum. Most shipping costs start at $9.00 per order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you may track your order via USPS website. A tracking number will be provided to you once your transaction/order is completed.

Where can I subscribe to your newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter on our site. Please feel fee to subscribe so that you’re “in the know” on all things Shared Faith Designs.
Do you accept orders via Phone or E-mail?
We do accept orders via phone but not email. Please be advised that payment is required before all orders are processed/shipped.
Do you also have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store as we are an online store providing fabulous items to our customers.
Do I have the right to return an item?
We do not accept returns and all orders are nonrefundable. If at any time you have a question or concern about your order, please feel free to contact us within 3 business days of receipt, and we will gladly assist you to the best of our ability.
